Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Digital Creativity Co (مؤسسة الإبداع الرقمية), "we", handles information when you use Digital Connector at connect.el-abda3.net (the "Service"). The Service lets our clients connect their social media and advertising accounts so our team can manage them on their behalf.
Information we collect
- Account connection data. When you connect an account through a platform's official login (such as Meta, X, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn or Google), the platform gives us an access token and basic profile details: account ID, name or username, and the pages, channels or ad accounts you choose to share.
- Content and performance data. Posts, media, comments, messages, insights and ad metrics that the platform makes available under the permissions you approve.
- Contact details. Your name, company and email when you become our client or contact us.
- Technical logs. IP address, browser type and request times, kept for security and troubleshooting.
We never ask for, see or store your platform passwords.
How we use it
- To publish, schedule and manage content and advertising for the accounts you connect, as agreed with you.
- To produce reports on page, profile and campaign performance.
- To keep the Service secure and working.
We do not sell your data, use it for unrelated advertising, or share it with third parties except the platform itself (to perform the actions you asked for), service providers bound by confidentiality, or where the law requires it.
Platform data
Data received from platform APIs is used only to provide the Service and in line with each platform's developer terms, including the Meta Platform Terms, X Developer Agreement, TikTok Developer Terms, Snap Developer Terms, LinkedIn API Terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy (including its Limited Use requirements). YouTube users are also covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Storage and security
Access tokens are encrypted at rest on our servers and accessible only to authorised staff. All traffic uses HTTPS.
Retention
We keep connection data while you are our client and the connection is active. When you disconnect an account, revoke access, or ask us to delete your data, we delete the tokens and related data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
- Revoke access at any time in the platform's settings (for example Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, or X → Settings → Connected apps).
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. See Data Deletion.
