Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Digital Connector at connect.el-abda3.net (the "Service"), operated by Digital Creativity Co (مؤسسة الإبداع الرقمية), "we". By connecting an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
The Service lets our clients authorise us, through each platform's official login, to manage their social media and advertising accounts: publishing and scheduling content, reading insights, handling comments and messages, and running ad campaigns, as agreed with each client.
Your responsibilities
- You must be authorised to connect every account, page or ad account you connect.
- You are responsible for the content and campaigns you ask us to publish, and for making sure they follow the law and the rules of each platform.
- Advertising spend is charged by the platform to your own payment method unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Third-party platforms
Meta, X, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and other platforms are independent services with their own terms. Your use of them through the Service is also subject to those terms. Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes or decisions such as rejecting ads or restricting accounts.
Revoking access
You can disconnect any account at any time in the platform's settings or by contacting us. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send spam, mislead people, break the law, infringe others' rights, or get around platform limits.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party platforms.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
